Brewhouse 1000 l. per brew

The brewery brewhouse is designed for brew any varieties of malt wort by the infusion method of mashing, and also the decoction method if there is an additional mash tun. The total volume of the vats of the brewhouse is 1600 liters, allowing you to brew a high density wort, either get up to 1300 l. low-density beer wort.

The brewhouse in the basic configuration consists of two units: the mash-wort kettle and the lauter tun. The brewhouse can be three-unit - with the addition of a whirlpool, it can be four aggregate with the addition of a hot water tank or a separate mash-tun or other units at the client's request.

Brewhouse 1000 l. per brew

We offer two options for heating mash-wort kettle:

  1. Conventional heating with a steam jacket
  2. Innovative heating with a glycol jacket

1. Conventional heating with a steam jacket:

This option requires a steam generator that is not included in the delivery set. The steam generator can be of any type and manufacturer with a capacity from 100 kg of steam per hour.

2. Innovative heating with a glycol jacket:

This option does not require a certified steam generator and its maintenance. Heating of the mash and wort is provided by a heating jacket along the entire inner surface of the mash-wort kettle. The heat carrier in the heating jacket is food-grade propylene glycol. Heating element - electric heating elements. In this case, the dynamics of heating and the inertia of heat transfer are similar to heating by a steam generator.

Mash-wort kettle:

We offer two options for heating mash-wort kettle:

  1. Conventional heating with a steam jacket
  2. Innovative heating with a glycol jacket

1. Conventional heating with a steam jacket:

This option requires a steam generator that is not included in the delivery set. The steam generator can be of any type and manufacturer with a capacity from 100 kg of steam per hour. We recommend using a steam generator from a local manufacturer in your country, as the steam generator is a hazardous unit and requires periodic maintenance, and the manufacturer must have the appropriate certificates and approvals from the local government.

The schematic diagram of our heating system is described on this page.

The mash-wort kettle is made of high-quality food grade AISI-304 stainless steel with a high degree of polishing (to a mirror finish). The welds are polished to a sufficient degree. The kettle has a mash/wort heating jacket over the entire diameter and cone of the vessel. Heat carrier - food propylene glycol. Heating of the heat carrier is provided by easily replaceable electric heating elements. Electronic heating control with overheat protection system and wort sticking. The heating shirt is thermally insulated with polyurethane foam and covered with an outer sheath of food grade stainless steel.

The mash-wort kettle is equipped with a gear motor with a mash mixer, a steam removal pipe or a flow-through steam condenser, an inspection hatch, lighting inside, a control panel for temperature pauses, two rotating washing balls with connection to a CIP-station.

The kettle is designed for mashing malt infusion method and boiling the wort with hops. If there is an additional mash ketle, mashing is also possible by the decoction mashing techniques. The kettle can also heat or boil water to wash all the equipment of the brewery.

Pump, motor-reducer and valves of foreign production (Europe, Turkey, Japan).

Steam outlet pipe located in a place convenient for the client.

Equipping:
  • Mash mixer with gearmotor;
  • Interior lighting;
  • Two rotary washing heads;
  • Inspection hatch;
  • Ventilation piping with gate;
  • Thermal insulation (polyurethane foam).

Lauter tun:

The Lauter tun is made of food grade AISI-304 stainless steel with a high degree of polishing (to a mirror finish). The welds are polished to a sufficient degree. The tun has a second bottom of the same filter plates. Filter plates removable. The filtration tank is thermally insulated with polyurethane foam and covered with an outer casing made of food grade stainless steel.

The lauter tun is equipped with an irrigation circuit for sparging the grains, a gearmotor with grains raker, an inspection hatch, lighting inside the tun, two rotary washing heads with connection to the CIP-station, and a side hatch for unloading the grain.

Grain removal hatch and steam outlet pipe located in a place convenient for the client.

Equipping:
  • Grain raker;
  • Interior lighting;
  • Sparging system;
  • Grain unloading hatch;
  • Two rotary washing heads;
  • Inspection hatch;
  • Ventilation piping with gate;
  • Thermal insulation (polyurethane foam).

Whirlpool:

Whirlpool (hydrocyclone) is designed to clean the hot wort from hop trub and coagulated protein by twisting the wort at high speed, thanks to which the trub and protein under the action of centrifugal forces is collected in the form of a cone in the center of the bottom of the unit, while the pure wort is drained through the lower nozzle on the edge of the bottom.

The unit is made of food grade AISI-304 stainless steel with a high degree of polishing (to a mirror finish). The welds are polished to a sufficient degree. Whirlpool is insulated with polyurethane foam and covered with an outer sheath of food grade stainless steel.

Whirlpool is equipped with a powerful pump for turbulence of the wort, a viewing hatch, interior lighting, a rotary washing head with connection to a CIP-station.

Equipping:
  • Interior lighting;
  • One rotary washing head;
  • Inspection hatch;
  • Ventilation piping with gate;
  • Thermal insulation (polyurethane foam);
  • Wort pump.

Pipelines and pump(s):

Equipping:
  • Pipelines diameter 42 мм;
  • Pipeline butterfly valves;
  • Sight Glass;
  • Two pump for mash/wort/water
  • CIP-washing pipelines.

Brewhouse remote control:

The control panel is not included in the basic equipment of the brewhouse. We offer several different brewhouse control system for the client's choice.

Brewhouse working platform with stairs

The working platform and steps are made of food stainless steel. The platform is made of corrugated sheet and has handrails on all sides, which excludes the possible fall of the operator.
